iOS 12: How to permanently delete photos on iPhone

With the new features that iOS 12 adds to my life, there are also a number of changes made to existing features. One of these changes is seen in the Photo app on the iPhone, and a slight change has been made in permanently deleting the photos on the iPhone.

With iOS 12, significant changes are being made to devices. After the photos were deleted on iOS 11, it was necessary to go to the Recent Deleted album and then delete it one by one or by multiple selections to permanently delete deleted photos. Or after 30 days (which can be found in 40 days), the last deleted photos were automatically deleted.

The same is true for permanently deleting a photo on iOS 12, but a slight visual change to the Photos app may surprise you or cause you to be unable to find what you are looking for. In order to avoid such a situation, we have followed the steps you need to follow to permanently delete a photo in iOS 12.

Step 1: Open the Photos application.

Step 2: Touch the Albums tab at the bottom of the screen and Recent Erasets under the Other Albums heading.
Step 3: Touch Select in the upper right corner and complete the deletion by selecting all the photos or specific photos and touching Delete in the lower left corner of the screen.

Remember that iOS 12 is now available for registered Apple developers only for testing and development purposes, and everyone will be releasing the final final version this fall.
